TRAINED JAPANESE LANGUAGE RESOURCE (READ AND WRITE JAPANESE)
Role & Responsibilities :
• Experienced in Production Server Environment.
• Problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis
• Basic Windows and Network administration
• Email based User Support.
• Documentation skills
• Infrastructure monitoring (Server, batch, & Backup) Trouble shooting
• SOP based troubleshooting
• Working in a 24x7 environment
Technical and other Skills :
• Backup and Batch monitoring using Takeda tools
• Windows / Network administration – Level 1
• Monitoring framework (JP1/1M)
• Monitoring & analyzing event, alert logs and appropriate actions taking, strong trouble shooting skills in Backup & Monitoring tools environment
• ITIL process knowledge
• Pro-active measures and preventive measure for problems/errors.
• Meeting SLA in time to fix the errors and problems.
• Incident management
• Log monitoring
• Vendor Coordination
• TRAINED JAPANESE LANGUAGE RESOURCE (READ AND WRITE JAPANESE)
